Deepwater Horizon oil spill restoration efforts were probably rattled by the discovery of dead baby dolphins near Mississippi. According to Reuters news service marine scientists in Biloxi, MS are examining the deaths of 20 baby dolphins whose carcasses have washed ashore in Mississippi and Alabama this year, the bulk of them since earlier this month.
